Télérama
Fly Flee Flow, is the imaginary name of a castle.
It is also the title of a successful and unique, 50 minutes musical adventure for children aged between 3 and 11 years, which offers an introduction to the music of Mozart, Verdi, Brahms, and Schumann.
Prince Horace of Fly Flee Flows searches for his princess through various musical encounters and journeys.
Designed for children aged from 3-11 years, Fly Flee Flow has been performed more than 700 times since 2000 at theatres, cultural centers, and children's festivals in France, Canada, Africa, and soon in USA.
The approach is simple and entertainaing, designed to appeal to children and make them dream and laugh.
The show is interactive and the children participate in the story by creating the sound effects.
Each piece of music illustrates a scene or an episode in the story.
The instruments " dance" and make the public dance to a minuet by Boccherini or " Hananera " by Carmen. An Arabic-style improvisation charms a snake out of its basket...and, as if by magic the princess appears in the palm of hand to the sounds of " reverie" by Robert Schumann.
This fairytale has been written and is performed by the clarinettist Morgane RAOUX, and the flautist, Nicolas DUCHAMP, both of whom are french parisians virtuosos.
They have both studied at the best musical institutions in France.
Five first prizes from the conservatoire each, a master of musicology from the Sorbonne for Morgane, first prize in the international Competition for Nicolas. ( France and Austria )
Together, they founded the concert compagny for children " Cap Music" which today, through the quality of its productions, has become an essential international institution in the field of education and culture for children.
In 2003, at the french Senate, they received the silver Medal from the société d'encouragement au Progrés for their cultural work for children.
